on november 26, the "2019 bearing product quality technology seminar" was held in longyou, zhejiang. this conference was co-sponsored by zhejiang bearing industry association, jiangsu bearing industry association, and hangzhou bearing testing and research center. nearly 300 people came from bearing industry experts, relevant enterprise technology and quality leaders gathered together to discuss topics such as the situation of zhejiang bearing industry, bearing product quality and high-end bearing technology. 


at the seminar, dr. chen gui, the founder and technical leader of hanchine, who focuses on the core technology of machine vision, shared the theme of "machine vision helps intelligent bearing manufacturing upgrade-from production to quality control". from the perspective of the application of machine vision technology, new ideas and solutions are proposed for the bearing industry enterprises related to quality improvement and transformation and upgrading problems. 


aiming at the practical problems of poor performance, poor stability, high cost, and difficult operation that bearing companies often face in intelligent manufacturing upgrades, dr. chen proposed the "bearing intelligent manufacturing machine vision solution" and vividly explained it with three cases. how to make robots see, liberate people’s eyes, and really help companies achieve the upgrade effect of "strong performance, high stability, low cost, and easy operation". examples include "production-roller 3d disorderly picking and unloading", "quality control-cylindrical roller appearance inspection" and "quality control-finished bearing appearance inspection". 


in the case analysis, dr. chen shared the latest technology independently developed by hanchine, such as the application of the seventh-axis control technology to maximize the material removal in the disorderly grasping process; the hand-eye calibration algorithm with independent intellectual property rights has greatly improved the robot's grasping accuracy is better than ±1.5mm; the 3d vision technology is used to accurately identify and locate the disorderly and scattered cylindrical rollers in the material frame, and the visual accuracy is better than 0.3mm; the unique dynamic multiple exposure technology is applied to the end face and inverted angle detection; video bright and dark field simultaneous detection technology applied to outer diameter cylindrical surface detection; and innovative use of 3d vision technology to achieve efficient detection of slight pits on the bearing surface.
